TO INITIATE AN EXCHANGE
EMAIL WITH YOUR ORDER NUMBER. LET US KNOW WHICH ITEM(S) YOU’RE EXCHANGING.
ALL REGULAR PRICED ITEMS WILL BE RETURNABLE FOR EXCHANGE OR STORE CREDIT ONLY. NO REFUNDS WILL BE ISSUED. ALL CLEARANCE ITEMS, BODYSUITS, BOYSHORTS AND RUSH ORDERS ARE FINAL SALE. NO EXCEPTIONS WILL BE MADE. RETURN LABELS ARE CUSTOMERS RESPONSIBILITY, WE CANNOT BE HELD RESPONSIBLE FOR THE TRACKING/RECEIPT OF THAT ITEM. PLEASE KEEP THE TRACKING INFORMATION UNTIL YOUR RETURN HAS BEEN FULLY PROCESSED. ONCE RECEIVED, EXCHANGES WILL BE PROCESSED WITHIN 1-2 WEEKS. ITEMS THAT HAVE BEEN EXCHANGED ARE NONREFUNDABLE.
TIMELINE
WE WILL HAPPILY ACCEPT ITEMS UP TO 14 DAYS AFTER THEY ARE DELIVERED TO YOU. ANY ITEMS RECEIVED AFTER THE 14 DAY EXCHANGE POLICY PERIOD WILL NOT BE ELIGIBLE FOR EXCHANGE. THEY WILL BE RETURNED TO SENDER AND NO EXCHANGES WILL BE ISSUED. OUR 14 DAY POLICY IS FIRM AND NO EXCEPTIONS WILL BE MADE.
CONDITIONS
PLEASE NOTE THAT ALL ITEMS MUST BE IN ORIGINAL CONDITION: UNWORN, UNDAMAGED, UNWASHED AND UNALTERED. ITEMS SHOULD BE FREE OF MARKS, MAKEUP, PERFUMES, DEODORANT, AND ANIMAL HAIR. ALL TAGS MUST REMAIN ATTACHED (IF APPLICABLE). IF AN ITEM IS INSPECTED AND DOES NOT MEET THESE CONDITIONS, WE WILL CONTACT YOU WITH YOUR OPTIONS.
DAMAGED ITEMS
IF AN ITEM IS FOUND TO BE DAMAGED UPON DELIVERY, WE MUST BE NOTIFIED WITHIN 24 HOURS OF RECEIPT. ITEMS CANNOT BE WORN OR WASHED WHEN CLAIMED AS DAMAGED. AFTER 24 HOURS, J&L DESIGNS BOUTIQUE AN NO LONGER BE HELD RESPONSIBLE. THIS 24 HOUR POLICY IS FIRM AND NO EXCEPTIONS WILL BE MADE. IF A DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ITEM IS RECEIVED, PLEASE EMAIL PHOTOS TO INFO@JANDLDESIGNSBOUTIQUE.COM. J&L DESIGNS BOUTIQUE WILL COVER THE COST OF USPS FIRST CLASS RETURN SHIPPING IN THE EVENT OF A DAMAGED OR WRONG ITEM BEING RECEIVED. J&L DESIGNS BUOTIQUE WILL SHIP A NEW UNDAMAGED, CORRECT ITEM AT NO EXTRA CHARGE.

ALL CLEARANCE, HOLIDAY SALE, SPECIAL PROMOTIONS, RUSH ORDERS, CUSTOMIZATIONS, UNDERGARMENTS INCLUDING BODY SUITS & FLASH SALE ITEMS ARE FINAL SALE. NO RETURNS OR EXCHANGES WILL BE HONORED. NO EXCEPTIONS WILL BE MADE.
IF YOU ARE AN INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMER, YOU ARE REQUIRED TO PAY RETURN SHIPPING. INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY DUTY CHARGES IMPOSED BY YOUR COUNTRY’S CUSTOMS DEPARTMENT.
CANCELLATIONS:
IF YOU WISH TO CANCEL YOUR ORDER PRIOR TO ORDER SHIPMENT, CONTACT US WITH YOUR NAME AND ORDER NUMBER. CREDIT CARD PROCESSING FEES OF 3% ARE NON REFUNDABLE.
ONCE A PARCEL IS MARKED AS DELIVERED BY A MAIL CARRIER, WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR STOLEN OR MISPLACED PRODUCTS.
