What it means is that something beautiful and full of light has appeared in the midst of the darkness and clouds. Storm clouds may still hover but the rainbow provides a counterbalance of color, energy and hope.

Available in pastel hues or a classic rainbow. The bodice of the gown is Blush for the Pastel gown or Red for the classic gown.
The off the shoulder lace ruffle adds a delicate touch to this gown.
